Spiano bridge
The bridge Spiano is located just outside Sigillo, has been created by massive stones that allowed the crossing of the river Fonturci to the ancient Via Flaminia. It 'a masterpiece of Roman art: some attribute it to the second century b.c., other Augustan age. It is built of blocks of carnelian, is 3.25 m long 32 m wide on the turn. For a long time has been considered Etruscan but recently its construction has been placed at the time of the Antonines (second century AD).
